Tour Plan
After breakfast depart for Masai Mara, one of East Africa’s most famous reserves, The Mara consists of undulating hills and great rolling grasslands that sustain some of the most varied wildlife in Africa, if not the world. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp. Afternoon game viewing, where lion, elephant, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle and other plains game abound, not forgetting the hundreds of species of birds.
Dinner and overnight in the Camp.
The whole day is dedicated to game spotting in this sprawling reserve. You can watch a lion, cheetah or leopard hunting or feasting on its kill. Option of a Masai village or a hot-air balloon ride that starts at 06.00 am and ends with a Champagne breakfast on the plains. What an exhilarating experience!
All meals and overnight at the Camp.
Breakfast, optional Masai village visit. Then depart for Lake Nakuru national park, famous for its millions of seasonal pink flamingos and other aquatic birds. Arrive in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at budget Nakuru hotel.
After early breakfast, proceed to Nakuru for morning game drives and continue till around noon. The park is famous for large flocks of flamingos, white pelican, Ibis, Egret, Marabou stork. Other animals like the rare black rhino as well as the Rathschild giraffe. Enjoy the scenic view of the park from the baboon cliff which is a great vantage point.
After lunch, proceed to Lake Naivasha budget hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride to Crescent Island where you will be doing a nature walk next to zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelopes and many types of birds. Return by boat to Naivasha for lunch at your hotel and then proceed to Nairobi.
Optional Add-on Tours: You can choose to go to Hell’s gate national park near Naivasha where you can do hiking, bicycle riding and other activities at additional cost.
